Sizing; Due to the nature of vintage clothing, sizes are not always consistent through the ages! It is often difficult to give an accurate size based on current UK sizing 8, 10, 12 etc so we have developed our own method.

Garments are sized according to the following;

Small – Fits an average size 8/10 (we will note if it is a particularly tiny ‘Small’)

Medium – Fits an average 10/12

Lovely – Fits an average size 14 (we will note if it is a particularly large ‘Lovely’)

In addition to these we also will give at least 2 measurements for individual garments and accessories. Everything is measured in Centimeteres.

With fitted garments, like trousers, we will give as much information as possible, but if you feel we have left something out – just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help!

Shipping

Upon placing an order you should receive a confirmation email from SECpay and a receipt.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours, however occasionally outside factors can affect the delivery process beyond our control, e.g. Slow payment processing etc therefore please allow upto 5 working days to receive your order. Orders will be delivered between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £4.50 per order for mainland UK.

If you live outside of the UK, please contact us at info@thehouseofpandora.com and we will give you a personal quote.

At the moment we are currently working on improving our website to cope with international orders, in the mean time you may place orders for International delivery by purchasing a Shipping Token with your order. These are created individually on request and your purchase cannot be shipped without one.

We use a reputable courier service but if you believe your package to have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at info@thehouseofpandora.com and we will deal with it accordingly.

All garments are professionally dry cleaned before sale and are checked thoroughly before dispatch. As is the nature of second-hand clothing, and particularly these beauties at The House of Pandora, almost all of the garments have been worn and loved in a past life so occasionally have signs of wear. Luckily we aren’t fibbers – we will always be honest and try to give as accurate a description as possible of every item. We will also note any obvious flaws.

Returns

We are happy to provide a refund on all items purchased online only, according to the following terms and conditions;

- Please email us first at info@thehouseofpandora.com (quoting your transaction number, found as the attatchment number) to obtain a returns reference number (RRN). We will then send you the return address.

- Please also state the nature of the return and provide details if the item is faulty or damaged.

- Please label your package with the RRN (packages will not be accepted without a RRN)

- We recommend items be returned via a secure service; ‘Signed For’ or ‘Recorded Delivery’ etc. as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

- items must be returned within 10 working days from receipt of order

- items must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched, including all tags and labels, with no signs of wear since dispatch (so watch the make-up when trying on!)

- items must not be damaged in anyway

-Please beware that we do not refund or exchange earings.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping cost.

**IMPORTANT** Please note we cannot accept website returns to the shop. If you wish to deliver your returns by hand to the shop, you must still obtain a RRN by emailing us first. We cannot be responsible for returns left at the shop without a valid RRN. Store returns policy may differ from website returns policy, please contact the store for more information.

If you would prefer an exchange for something else on the website please let us know asap so we can reserve it until we receive your return. Please email info@thehouseofpandora.com stating your transaction number.
